Membership Application Form

I, hereby grant permission and agree to become a member of The Moroccan Association Of Toronto, a registered non-profit organization. By proceeding with this membership commitment, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Membership Benefits: I understand that as a member of The Moroccan Association Of Toronto, I may be entitled to certain benefits, including but not limited to access to exclusive events, newsletters, updates, and opportunities to participate in organization activities.

Membership Dues: I acknowledge that membership dues may apply, and I agree to pay these dues as specified by The Moroccan Association Of Toronto. I understand that these dues contribute to the organization's ongoing initiatives and operations.

Participation: I commit to actively participating in the organization's activities to the best of my ability. This may involve attending meetings, events, volunteering, and contributing ideas and feedback.

Code of Conduct: I will adhere to the organization's code of conduct, treating all members, staff, and beneficiaries with respect, and maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.

Confidentiality: I acknowledge that as a member, I may have access to confidential information about the organization's internal operations and initiatives. I agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any unauthorized individuals.

Communication: I consent to receive communications from The Moroccan Association Of Toronto related to membership updates, event invitations, newsletters, and other relevant information. I understand that I have the option to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Use of Personal Information: I provide consent for The Moroccan Association Of Toronto to collect and process the personal information I have provided for membership purposes. I understand that this information will be used solely for the organization's membership administration.

Changes to Membership: I understand that The Moroccan Association Of Toronto reserves the right to update or modify membership terms, benefits, and dues. Any changes will be communicated through official communication channels.

Termination of Membership: I acknowledge that my membership may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.

Health and Safety: I will adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by The Moroccan Association Of Toronto during any organization-related activities.

Minors: If I am under the legal age of consent in my jurisdiction, I confirm that I have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent to become a member of The Moroccan Association Of Toronto.

Changes to Agreement: I acknowledge that The Moroccan Association Of Toronto reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at their discretion. Any changes will be communicated through their official communication channels.

By proceeding with my membership, I affirm that I have read and understood the terms outlined in this agreement and that I am becoming a member willingly and voluntarily.
